EDICT
EDICT is basically a Japanese-to-English dictionary made by Jim Breen. I really don't feel like talking about it--I've been working with this thing for (what seems like) ever. So, I'll just throw in some links:
The Home Page of the EDICT Project
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/j_edict.html
This has some background and a ton of information; it's the official site, what'd you expect?
Jim Breen's Japanese Page
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/japanese.html
Jim Breen made it, so here's his site.
The Monash Nihongo ftp Archive
http://ftp.cc.monash.edu.au/pub/nihongo/00INDEX.html
This is THE site to go to if you want anything like new dictionaries or software which uses them.

Okay! As of the last time that I checked, at least the following dictionaries are bugged:
* classical (not too bad, just one entry)
* lawgledt (really, really bugged)

I'll try to post the fixed dictionaries on the site when I make them, but I cannot really guarantee the correctness of any dictionaries save edict and enamdict.
* 'classical' has been fixed and can be downloaded from the site.
* 'lawgledt' is doomed.
